Refund policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account after we have processed your refund.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at velvetjunglecreativestudio@gmail.com with details and a photo of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
